Hi, I'm Jonathan and I currently live in Brooklyn, NY. I've always been fascinated with numbers even at a young age and this has led me to pursuing a path in data analytics. I originally wanted to become an engineer and completed a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, but I decided that I preferred the analytical side of the field.
Completing CareerFoundry's data analytics course has been a major step on my path to becoming a data analyst. I've learned many skills to dive into messy datasets and draw actionable business insights using Excel, Python, and R. In addition, I've held various jobs in the education and healthcare fields that have helped to foster my creative and efficient mindset that I believe to be essential as a data analyst.
I'm currently looking for a role in the NYC area that would allow me to help businesses become more efficient using data-driven decisions. I wish to push myself to always be adding skills to my repertoire in order to view and solve any problems at multiple different angles.
My personal hobbies include taking care of dogs, playing JRPGs, and having fun on the pickleball courts!
